It’s taken me many years to really appreciate the benefit of a good night sleep. Your body cannot recuperate without enough sleep. Try to get 8 hours of restful each night and your body and brain will benefit; as will your skin, your mood, and everyone around you.
Regardless of your age, you will always look younger, happier and more confident with a smile.
