EATING OUT

An hour or so from London on the Sussex coast, beside a beautiful sandy beach lives The Gallivant, a hotel and restaurant not to be missed. The Fish and seafood don’t have far to travel, they know the fishermen who catch the fish. Their local fruit and vegetables often come direct from the farmer and anything they can forage from the local hedgerow.

LIFESTYLE

Get your wellies on and head to the beach to take part in a Waves of Waste beach clean. During each beach clean they record litter collected, feed it into a national database collected by the Marine Conservation Society and locally analyse the information to determine trends occurring.
