Lady Marmalade
If you're a fan of gin and citrusy flavours, this one is the perfect tipple for the festive season and beyond. Add two parts gin and one part lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, before adding a dash of Campari with a couple of tablespoons of high-quality marmalade. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice and top with some Indian tonic water. If you want to add that extra flair, use orange peel or a sprig of thyme for garnish.
