Christie's Festival of Art and Literature
What better way to spend a summer afternoon than taking advantage of the amazing cultural activities our capital has to offer? If you’re looking for something cultural to do this summer, head to St James’s in the heart of London to explore the galleries at Christie’s London and visit The Art of Literature Exhibition. Showcasing works of art along with the novels, poetry, drama and stories which have inspired them, The Art of Literature Exhibition seeks to create new narratives and spark discussions of the connections between literature and the visual arts. Running until the 14th of July, this exhibition will give you the opportunity to discover a selection of unique first edition books including a signed and dated hardback of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (1997) - and the best part is entry is completely free!
