Taste: My life Through Food
Famed for his iconic role in Devil Wears Prada to his impeccable Negroni making skills in lockdown, the multi talented and endlessly suave Stanley Tucci adds another string to his bow, this time in the form of authoring a memoir. Taste is a funny and heartfelt reflection on the ways in which food and life intersect: falling in love over dinner, the unfamiliar dishes enjoyed in foreign lands, family feasts on Sundays. A gastronomic journey through the good times and bad, Taste explores the ways in which food can bond us and bring us together, through touching moments familiar to all.

Curried Pumpkin and Chicken Soup
This 15 minute recipe is the perfect one to bookmark for a cosy autumnal meal. Heat some oil in a pan before tossing in your pumpkin for a couple of minutes, followed by curry paste. Add stock and bring it to a boil, then let it simmer until the pumpkin is tender. Let the broth cool slightly, before blitzing it with a hand blender until smooth. Add coconut milk, shredded chicken, and some fresh green beans. To serve, divide the soup into bowls, top with some Greek yoghurt and sprinkle some fresh green chilli, chives and coconut. Freeze any leftovers – or even better, make it in batches – so you always have an easy midweek meal ready to heat up.
