Neil Gaiman’s epic, best-selling novel, The Sandman, has just been brought to the screen by Netflix. After many failed attempts at turning a 3,000 page story into a two hour film, the best-selling graphic novel has been adapted into an 11 episode TV series produced by Netflix. The Sandman, played by Tom Sturridge, is a cosmic being who creates and controls all dreams. After being held captive for a century, he must embark on a journey across different worlds and timelines to fix the chaos that his absence has caused.
