We've all been there - it's that time of the evening and you have no idea what to make for dinner and the only answer when you ask your family is a blank stare and an "I don't know". Luckily Jamie Oliver is here to save the day with his quick recipes to whip up on a weeknight.
These BBQ Baked Beans with sweet potatoes is one of our favourite go-to, crowdpleaser meals. It's a great veggie dish but could be a smashing side if you wanted to add meat as well. Bonus points for it being a one pot wonder for limited washing up!
