How to use it
How to make the perfect cup:
- Shake Well: Before opening, give the pouch a good shake to ensure that all the botanicals and vitamins are evenly mixed.
- Prepare Fresh Water: Always start with freshly boiled water to make the perfect cup. Avoid using re-boiled water as it may affect the flavour of your tea.
- Measure: Place 4 grams or 2 heaped teaspoons of our loose-leaf tea into an infuser.
- Brew: Patience is the secret to the perfect cup. Steep the tea for approximately 5 minutes, allowing all the flavours and aromas to infuse.

For Optimal Results: To fully experience the benefits of our tea, we recommend enjoying it twice daily - one cup in the morning and another in the afternoon or evening.
